| Using worksheets
To help you better organize your data, Calc lets you break your spreadsheet down into multiple worksheets. You can use these sheets to integrate data from multiple sources, to hold summary information, scenarios and many other things. In this example, we will use several different sheets to hold different analysis views as well as the detailed data upon which the summary views are based. Worksheet navigation To move from one sheet to another just click on the tab of the sheet you want to view. If you have several sheets, you may need to scroll to the tab you want using tab scroll buttons at the bottom of the screen.
Another way to quickly navigate to another sheet is to use the navigator. Just click the navigator button, expand the sheets node and double click on the desired worksheet. Renaming WorkshetsTo rename a sheet, right click on the sheet tab, select rename sheet, then enter a new name and click ok. Deleting WorksheetsTo delete a worksheet right click on the worksheet tab then select delete sheet from the pop up menu. |
